Fourteen-day withdrawal right
You may withdraw without a reason within fourteen days after concluding the contract. Immediate Pro activation preserves this right and no waiver is requested.
Use https://unfoldshot.codenprod.com/withdrawal or send a clear withdrawal statement to contact@codenprod.com or the registered office. Include your purchase email and any available public reference. The form requests no card data or licence secret. An acknowledgement is sent for a matching request.
Refund
Valid withdrawal leads to a full refund no later than fourteen days after receipt of your decision, using the original payment method without fees. Another method requires express agreement. The form submits the request; Code & Prod processes the refund separately.
A confirmed full refund deactivates the licence and installations linked to that purchase. Other purchases are unaffected.
Conformity and complaints
Report a defect to contact@codenprod.com. Statutory conformity remedies apply independently of the withdrawal period and are described in the sale terms. Contacting support does not limit your rights with your bank, a mediator or a court.
After first sending a written complaint to contact@codenprod.com, if no agreement is reached, you may contact Médiation Consommation Développement free of charge at https://www.medconsodev.eu/ or by post: Centre d’Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble l’Horizon – Esplanade de France, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France. Mediation does not remove your right to go to a competent court.
